Beef Tea is moreish light in flavour cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 170ml consomme beef and 50ml wine red with 30ml vermouth sweet de bortoli and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just heat glass then warm consomme wine and vermouth and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and pour into warm glass and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and served in a coffee glass warm.
