Beet Up Manhattan is delicious very strong cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 50ml whisky bains cape mountain and 20ml vermouth rosso with 10ml beetroot juice as well as 10ml beetroot syrup including 10ml bitters also 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with maraschino cherry and served in a martini glass cold.
