Method
  1. Chill glass.
  2. Place ice into shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker, less ice cream and syrup.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Add scoop of ice cream to center of glass.
  6. Strain shaker ingredients over ice cream.
  7. Serve on plate with spoon.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

Belle Helen is tasty heavy cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy peach and 30ml brandy pear with 10ml vanilla syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just chill glass then place ice into shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less ice cream and syrup. Shake well and add scoop of ice cream to center of glass and strain shaker ingredients over ice cream and serve on plate with spoon and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup and served in a saucer glass cold.
