Method
  1. Chill glass.
  2. Place ice into shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker, less ice cream and syrup.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Add scoop of ice cream to center of glass.
  6. Strain shaker ingredients over ice cream.
  7. Serve on plate with spoon.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
