Bellini Glace is dainty full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml vodka and 15ml peach liqueur with 60ml sparkling wine white as well as 10ml peach syrup including 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Strain into glass and served in a flute glass cold.
