Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add dark rim to glass.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Add grenadine.
  5. Add pineapple juice.
  6. Splash in bitters.
  7. Top with orange juice.
  8. Serve with swizzle stick.

Bermuda Swizzle is rejuvenating full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum and 10ml bitters with 20ml lemon juice as well as 15ml pineapple juice including 15ml orange juice also 10ml pomegranate syrup together with 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just fill glass with ice then add dark rim to glass and add lemon juice. Add grenadine and add pineapple juice and splash in bitters then top with orange juice and serve with swizzle stick and served in a highball glass cold.
