Method
  1. Cut cake into square to fit glass.
  2. Cut cake into three layers.
  3. Spread strawberry jam on layer one, add to bottom of glass.
  4. Spread strawberry jam on layer two and place on layer one.
  5. Cap with last layer of cake.
  6. Pour coconut rum over cake so the cake will soak rum.
  7. Pour coconut cream over soaked rum cake.
  8. Garnish with coconut.

Layered with 50ml cake butter and 20ml jam strawberry with 60ml rum coconut bombora as well as 20ml coconut cream and best with dessert. Just cut cake into square to fit glass then cut cake into three layers and spread strawberry jam on layer one, add to bottom of glass. Spread strawberry jam on layer two and place on layer one and cap with last layer of cake and pour coconut rum over cake so the cake will soak rum then pour coconut cream over soaked rum cake and garnish with coconut and served in a saucer glass at room temperature.
