Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with chocolate and raspberries.

Berry Choc Surprise is stimulating weak cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 35ml raspberry liqueur white heron and 35ml creme de cacao continental with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and garnish with chocolate and raspberries and served in a saucer glass cold.
