Method
  1. Chill glass.
  2. Add sweet vermouth to glass.
  3. Float green chartreuse on vermouth.
  4. Float gin on chartreuse.
  5. Ambrosian

Bijou Couches is ambrosian full strength cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Layered with 20ml vermouth sweet and 20ml chartreuse liqueur green with 20ml gin shiraz the still and best with lunch. Just chill glass then add sweet vermouth to glass and float green chartreuse on vermouth. Float gin on chartreuse and served in a sherry glass cold.
