Method
  1. Place ice into rocks glass.
  2. Pour in brandy.
  3. Add apple liqueur.
  4. Add splash of lime juice.
  5. Top glass with ginger ale.

Bilpin Mule is lovely quite strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 45ml brandy and 15ml apple liqueur with 10ml lime juice as well as 40ml ginger beer including 80ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into rocks glass then pour in brandy and add apple liqueur. Add splash of lime juice and top glass with ginger ale and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
