Method
  1. Pack glass with ice.
  2. Add the rest of the ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda water.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Rest
  6. Shake again well.
  7. Strain into glass over ice.
  8. Top with soda water.

Bird Of Paradise Fizz is mouth watering average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 20ml creme de mure and 20ml gin london 40 with 20ml lemon juice including 10ml agave syrup crawleys also 30ml soda water together with 290ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack glass with ice then add the rest of the ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda water. Shake well and rest and shake again well then strain into glass over ice and top with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
