Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Warm mixing glass and heat cubes.
  3. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  4. Stir well until warm.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.
  7. Garnish with orange peel studded with cloves.

Bishop Toddy is very palatable medium cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 120ml port and 10ml cardamom syrup with 30ml orange juice as well as 90ml water hot and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just warm glass then warm mixing glass and heat cubes and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well until warm and strain into glass and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and garnish with orange peel studded with cloves and served in a coffee glass warm.
