Method
  1. Chill glass.
  2. Place ice into mixing glass.
  3. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Garnsih with cucumber and curly endive.

Bitter Salad is bitter very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin bulldog and 15ml kv14 with 15ml vermouth rosso as well as 10ml bitters including 30ml lemon also 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just chill glass then place ice into mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass and garnsih with cucumber and curly endive and served in a martini glass cold.
