Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Brew coffee.
  3. Add all ingredients to warm glass.
  4. Pour in warm coffee.
  5. Add sugar, milk, cream, etc to taste.
  6. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.

Black Maria is very enjoyable light in flavour cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 15ml coffee liqueur tia maria and 15ml rum dark with 220ml coffee brew and best when a coffee is needed. Just warm glass then brew coffee and add all ingredients to warm glass. Pour in warm coffee and add sugar, milk, cream, etc to taste and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and served in a coffee glass warm.
