Black Opal is restoring light in flavour cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml galliano and 220ml coffee brew and best when a coffee is needed. Just pour hot coffee into glass then add sugar, milk, cream, etc to taste and float galliano on top and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and garnish with whipped cream and served in a coffee glass warm.
