Black Rose Cocktail

Vermouth Rosso

30ml

Blackberry Juice

10ml

Blackberry Syrup

100ml

Ice

Blackberry

10% Alcohol By Volume

20 Proof

0.8 Standard Drinks

Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with blackberries.
Very Palatable

Vermouth Rosso this vermouth is often used to refer to red colored mildly and slightly sweet vermouths. these types of vermouths have also been called rosso vermouth or sweet vermouth.

Blackberry Juice blackberry juice made by pressing liquid our of ripe blackberries.

Blackberry Syrup blackberry juice mixed with sugar into a thick syrup.

Ice ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Black Rose is very palatable standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml vermouth rosso and 30ml blackberry juice with 10ml blackberry syrup as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with blackberries and served in a martini glass cold.
