Bloody Aussie Cocktail

Pepperberry Liqueur

45ml

Quandong Berry Juice

10ml

Bitters Celery

190ml

Ice

17% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Pour into glass over ice.

Bloody Aussie is fortifying strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka henry fisher and 15ml pepperberry liqueur with 45ml quandong berry juice as well as 10ml bitters celery including 190ml ice and served with or for breakfast. Just fill glass with ice then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
