Fennel Syrup

Coffee Brew

Ice

Fennel Seeds

22% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Cold

Bew and chill coffee.
Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with a fennel seeds.

Ouzo ouzo is a dry anise flavoured aperitif.

Fennel Syrup fennel flavoured with fennel sugar and water to make a thick syrup.

Bold Greek is comestible quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml ouzo and 10ml fennel syrup with 30ml coffee brew as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just bew and chill coffee then place ice into mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass and garnish with a fennel seeds and served in a martini glass cold.
