Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Strain into glass.

Bolero is zesty quite strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum dark captain morgan and 30ml orujo panizo with 15ml orange juice as well as 20ml lemon juice including 15ml sugar syrup also 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
