Method
  1. Warm mixing glass and heat cubes.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Pleasant Tasting

Bordar is pleasant tasting full bodied cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml wine white and 50ml port and works well with savoury style foods. Just warm mixing glass and heat cubes then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a sherry glass warm.
