Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker
  4. Shake well.
  5. Rest
  6. Shake again.
  7. Strain into glass.

Bossa Nova is yummy quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml galliano and 15ml rum gold amber havana club with 15ml brandy apricot marie brizar as well as 20ml pineapple juice including 10ml lemon juice also 10ml egg white together with 290ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and rest and shake again then strain into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
