Bourdaloue Bombe is scrumptious violet liquor standard cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml violet liqueur vedrenne and 15ml anisette with 15ml cream as well as 50ml ice cream including 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just chill glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less ice cream and flower. Shake well and add scoop of ice cream to center of glass and strain shaker ingredients over ice cream and serve on doily plate with spoon and garnish with violette syrup and crystallized violet flower and served in a saucer glass cold.
