Bourdaloue Fruit is delightful light in flavour cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml cake rice and 20ml strawberry with 20ml raspberry as well as 10ml pear including 30ml soju chateul soorok peach and best with dessert type dishes. Just warm glass and rice cake then add rice cake and cut fruit to glass and pour strawberry soju over fruit and rice cake. Top with almond cream and serve with spork on a doily plate and crush and sprinkle macaroon on top and served in a saucer glass warm.
