Bourdaloue Peaches is piatti gustosi full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml peach and 30ml brandy peach with 30ml advocaat and served with sweet dishes. Just warm glass then cut peach into small squares and add to glass and warm shaker and heat cubes. Add brandy and advocaat to shaker and shake well and strain into glass over cut peaches and serve on plate with cocktail fork and garnish with small quenelle of apricot jam and crushed macaroon and served in a saucer glass warm.
