Brandy Peach

Advocaat
Jam Apricot
Biscuit Macaroon
Heat Cubes
Doily Plate
Cocktail Fork
Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Cut peach into small squares and add to glass.
  3. Warm shaker and heat cubes.
  4. Add brandy and advocaat to shaker.
  5. Shake well.
  6. Strain into glass over cut peaches.
  7. Serve on plate with cocktail fork.
  8. Garnish with small quenelle of apricot jam and crushed macaroon.
