Brandy Collins is delectable full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml brandy pear williams maraska and 10ml bitters honey apricot mister bitters with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 30ml soda water including 20ml lemon juice also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ingredients to mixing glass, less soda then stir well and add ice to glass. Pour into glass packed with ice and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
