Method
  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add bitters to the edge of glass.
  3. Add brandy.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Brandy Highball is nectareous full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy and 10ml bitters with 60ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add bitters to the edge of glass and add brandy. Top with soda water and garnish with lemon wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
