  1. Add triple sec to bottom of glass.
  2. Float cream.
  3. Float white creme de cacao.
  4. Top with a float of parfait amour.

Brasier D Ange is nice digestive full bodied cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 20ml orange liqueur and 20ml cream with 20ml creme de cacao continental as well as 20ml parfait amour and best with lunch. Just add triple sec to bottom of glass then float cream and float white creme de cacao. Top with a float of parfait amour and served in a sherry glass at room temperature.
