Rum Light White Cruzan

Cocktail Spoon

10% Alcohol By Volume

20 Proof

1 Standard Drinks

Method - Poured - Cold

Chill glass.
Cut pineapple into squares.
Add scoop of ice cream to glass.
Add pineapple and rum.
Top with whipped cream.
Serve with spoon.

Bresilienne Bombe is tasteful standard cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 40ml ice cream vanilla and 40ml pineapple with 30ml rum light white cruzan and best with dessert type dishes. Just chill glass then cut pineapple into squares and add scoop of ice cream to glass. Add pineapple and rum and top with whipped cream and serve with spoon and served in a saucer glass cold.
