Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Add tapioca balls to glass.
  3. Warm shaker and heat cubes.
  4. Add all ingredients to shaker, less cream.
  5. Shake well.
  6. Strain into glass over tapioca.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream.

Bresilienne Pudding is comestible full bodied cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml tapioca and 30ml caramel liqueur lakes distillery with 30ml cachaca pitu as well as 10ml caramel syrup and best with dessert type dishes. Just warm glass then add tapioca balls to glass and warm shaker and heat cubes. Add all ingredients to shaker, less cream and shake well and strain into glass over tapioca and garnish with whipped cream and served in a saucer glass warm.
