Method
  1. Add ice to glass to chill.
  2. Add ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker, less balls.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Add balls to glass.
  6. Strain into glass over ice and black tapioca balls.
  7. Add sugar, cream, etc to taste.

Bubble Tea is mouth watering boba tea medium cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml baijiu and 30ml tea liqueur with 70ml tea as well as 30ml soy milk including 200ml ice also 30ml tapioca ball banana and best with tea. Just add ice to glass to chill then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less balls. Shake well and add balls to glass and strain into glass over ice and black tapioca balls then add sugar, cream, etc to taste and served in a highball glass cold.
