Bubbling Brook is appealing quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whiskey glayva and 60ml sparkling wine white with 10ml bitters grapefruit agave mister bitters and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add grapefruit bitter to bottom of glass then pour in glayva whiskey and add sparkling white wine and garnish with grapefruit peel and served in a flute glass cold.
