Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add grate ginger into shaker.
  3. Add grate galangal into shaker.
  4. Add grate pepper into shaker.
  5. Add all other ingredients to shaker.
  6. Vigorously shake.
  7. Closed gate strane into glass.

Bumbu Rum is comestible heavy cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml rum light white grove and 5ml turmeric syrup with 5ml nutmeg syrup and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add grate ginger into shaker and add grate galangal into shaker. Add grate pepper into shaker and add all other ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake then closed gate strane into glass and served in a sherry glass cold.
