Method
  1. Add block of cake to glass.
  2. Pour vanilla liqueur into bottom of glass and alow cake to soak.
  3. Pour advocaat over cake.
  4. Dress with finely cut mixed dried fruit.
  5. Sprinkle vanilla syrup over candy fruit.

Cabinet Pudding is gourmande above average cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 40ml cake butter and 5ml candied orange with 5ml candied cherry green as well as 5ml candied cherry red including 30ml advocaat also 30ml vanilla liqueur together with 100ml ice and 5ml vanilla syrup and best with dessert type dishes. Just add block of cake to glass then pour vanilla liqueur into bottom of glass and alow cake to soak and pour advocaat over cake. and dress with finely cut mixed dried fruit and sprinkle vanilla syrup over candy fruit and served in a saucer glass cold.
