Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Warm milk with steam and brew coffee.
  3. Add shot of coffee liqueur to glass.
  4. Pour in shot of brewed coffee.
  5. Add warm milk.
  6. Add a oliebol pastry on the side.
  7. Appetissant

Cafe Au Lait is appetissant light in flavour cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml coffee liqueur fair and 30ml coffee brew with 90ml milk hot and best when a coffee is needed. Just warm glass then warm milk with steam and brew coffee and add shot of coffee liqueur to glass. Pour in shot of brewed coffee and add warm milk and add a oliebol pastry on the side and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
