Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well until foaming.
  4. Strain into glass.

Cafe Paris is moreish robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin and 15ml pernod with 10ml egg white as well as 30ml cream including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well until foaming. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
