Caipirissima: a Brazilian cocktail made with rum lime or lemon juice sugar and crushed ice
Caipirissima is invigorating heavy cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 60ml rum light white buckeye and 10ml sugar syrup as well as 50ml ice and best with lunch. Just cut lime into wedges then muddle well and add sugar syrup. Muddle well and add white rum and muddle well then add ice and muddle well and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
