Method
  1. Make thick pancake.
  2. Warm glass.
  3. Warm shaker and heat cubes.
  4. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  5. Shake well until warm.
  6. Strain into glass.
  7. Cut pancake into eight triangles served on the side with fork.

Canada Pancake is palatable dipper strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky canadian club and 30ml butterscotch liqueur with 10ml maple syrup as well as 30ml cream and best with dessert type dishes. Just make thick pancake then warm glass and warm shaker and heat cubes. Add all ingredients to shaker and shake well until warm and strain into glass and cut pancake into eight triangles served on the side with fork and served in a martini glass warm.
