Cape Cabaret is very enjoyable heavy cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin teichenne kinross tropical and 30ml caperitif with 10ml absinthe as well as 10ml bitters angostura including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with cherry and served in a martini glass cold.
