Caraboulou is flavoursome strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml rum 151 proof and 15ml rum coconut grove with 70ml pineapple juice as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add rum to glass and top with pineapple juice and served in a highball glass cold.
