Caramelized Onion Martini is piatti gustosi robust cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Just caramelize onions until gold brown then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well unitll flavour is dissolved into gin and vermouth. Strain into glass and garnish with a little caramelized onions and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
