Method
  1. Caramelize onions until gold brown.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well unitll flavour is dissolved into gin and vermouth.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with a little caramelized onions.

Caramelized Onion Martini is piatti gustosi robust cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin old tom kis and 15ml vodka caramel hunter with 30ml vermouth as well as 30ml onion caramel and served large chunks of meat. Just caramelize onions until gold brown then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well unitll flavour is dissolved into gin and vermouth. Strain into glass and garnish with a little caramelized onions and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
