Central Standard Swizzle is lovely heavy cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml rum gold amber and 10ml falernum liqueur with 10ml bitters as well as 10ml lemon juice including 290ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add ice to shaker and add rum lemon juice and falernum to glass and half the mint. Vigorously shake and strain into glass and splash bitters on top and add swizzle stick to glass and garnish with mint leaf and served in a highball glass cold.
