Ceviche: a dish of acid marinaded raw fish or seafood
Ceviche is piquant very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 45ml pisco barsol quebranta and 15ml rum gold amber bacardi carta with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml lime juice and best with an entree or small snack. Just make ceviche into long strips then place ceviche into glass, hang over edge and add all ingredients to shaker. Quick shake to mix and pour into glass over ceviche and serve with cocktail fork and garnish with chili and coriander and served in a saucer glass cold.
