Champagne Ambon is appealing full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml banana liqueur pisang ambon and 70ml champagne blanc armand de brignac and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add champagne to glass then float pisang ambon on top and served in a flute glass cold.
