Champagne Julep is serve in julep cup robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml cognac meukow xo and 10ml bitters with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 40ml champagne including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add mint to gass then pour in sugar syrup and gently muddle. Add nip of cognac and fill glass with ice and splash in bitters then top with champagne and garnish with mint leaf and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
