Charlie is luscious quite strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml pistachio liqueur dosicily and 30ml grappa gold with 10ml pistachio pulp as well as 10ml pistachio syrup giffard including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place a little ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Pour all into old fashioned glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
