Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Mix well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with peel.

Benedictine benedictine is a herbal liqueur beverage sweet brandy liqueur first made by monks.

Orange Liqueur orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Curacao Orange curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus peel of the laraha fruit grown on the island of curacao.

Ice ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Chas is zesty heavy cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml bourbon jr ewing and 10ml almond liqueur with 10ml benedictine as well as 10ml orange liqueur including 10ml curacao orange also 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Strain into glass and garnish with peel and served in a martini glass cold.
