Chateaubriand Bombe is delectable full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 50ml ice cream apricot and 30ml apricot liqueur tamborine mountain with 30ml vanilla liqueur and best with dessert type dishes. Just chill glass then add scoop of apricot ice cream to glass and pour apricot liqueur over ice cream. Pour vanilla liqueur over ice cream and serve with cocktail spoon and served in a saucer glass cold.
