Method
  1. Rum glass with chili salt.
  2. Add a little ice to glass.
  3. Pour in tomato juice.
  4. Top glass with beer.
  5. Splash chili sauce on top.
  6. Serve with carrot and celery crudites.

Chavela is rico y picante diluted cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 170ml beer brew wild and 30ml tomato juice with 10ml tabasco pepper sauce as well as 80ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just rum glass with chili salt then add a little ice to glass and pour in tomato juice. Top glass with beer and splash chili sauce on top and serve with carrot and celery crudites and served in a highball glass cold.
