Method
  1. Chill saucer gass.
  2. Add a little whipped cream to center of glass.
  3. Pour in shot of chocolate liqueur around edges.
  4. Add scoop of chocolate ice cream to center of glass.
  5. Top with whipped cream.
  6. Drizzle chocolate cream on top.
  7. Serve with a spoon.

Chocolat Liegeois is luscious smooth cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml chocolate liqueur godiva and 10ml chocolate liqueur cream beldoux with 50ml ice cream chocolate as well as 20ml cream whipped and best with dessert type dishes. Just chill saucer gass then add a little whipped cream to center of glass and pour in shot of chocolate liqueur around edges. Add scoop of chocolate ice cream to center of glass and top with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate cream on top and serve with a spoon and served in a saucer glass cold.
