Built with 30ml brandy cardenal mendoza and 30ml orange liqueur with 50ml cake fruit as well as 30ml butter and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just whip and mix cognac and butter and a little sugar until fluffy then warm glass and add warm fruit cake to glass. Pour warm orange liqueur and brandy over cake and top with quenelle of cognac butter and garnish with candied cherry and served in a saucer glass warm.
