Method
  1. Spiral the peel of a whole lime.
  2. Rim glass with lime peel oil.
  3. Hold part of peel outside glass.
  4. Add ice.
  5. Pour ingredients over ice.
  6. Top with soda.

Chuncho Cooler is thirst quenching full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml pisco de carral and 10ml galliano with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml ginger syrup including 40ml soda water also 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just spiral the peel of a whole lime then rim glass with lime peel oil and hold part of peel outside glass. Add ice and pour ingredients over ice and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
